Effective April 1, 2026, Tezula will no longer be responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the mail carrier.

Due to ongoing carrier reliability issues, any loss, damage, or delay after shipment must be handled directly with the carrier and their insurance.

Shipping Protection is available at checkout for additional coverage.

If you prefer a specific carrier based on your local experience, contact us after placing your order and we will arrange a custom invoice using that service.

All orders are video recorded during packing to ensure accuracy and accountability.
