These nuggets are massive! When the shipment arrived, I’ll admit—I was a nervous wreck. This was, without question, the most expensive Perlite we’ve ever purchased. All I could think was, if this turns out like every other vendor’s batch—half dust, half disappointment—I’m in trouble! we had purchased that popular brands #4 and it wasn't bad, but these guys promised their chucks were 'chunkier' and less dusty so we had to give them a try. 

Then the container doors opened… and inside were the cleanest, most pristine bags I’ve ever seen. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Do you realize how rare that is? In over 20 years of buying Perlite, that has never happened. Not once! I have never been so excited in my life (probably going to regret admitting that!)

The quality is so high that we don’t need to use a single bit of power, labor, or extra processing to get it ready for you. That means zero waste! You might find a few pieces smaller than Grade 4, but overall, there’s definitely more true Grade 4 material in each bag i would even be comfortable saying this stuff is actually a little bit bigger

Our long-time customers know how obsessive we are about consistency and quality. That’s why our smaller grades are carefully re-graded after arrival. Once you get to nuggets this large, grading becomes far less critical—but we understand some growers still prefer a perfectly uniform size. So, for anyone who wants it, we’re offering a hand-graded option. It won’t go through our machinery, but we’ll make it happen manually if needed. Truthfully, 99% of growers won’t need this size graded any further—but the option’s there. If you need this service just email us for a quote.

We had tried previously with the well known #4 grade brand thats available in the US but results were really mixed when it came to nugget size versus dust percentage. If these guys produced smaller nugget perlite of this quality, i'd be in love for sure!
