Growing conditions vary enormously. A plant thriving outdoors in humid Florida may need a completely different substrate from the same plant growing in a New York apartment or a climate-controlled greenhouse in California.

And sometimes, the perfect mix simply doesn't exist in a bag.

That's where we come in.

You choose the ingredients. You determine the proportions. We carefully measure, blend, and package your custom formulation using the same premium ingredients we use in our own Tezula growing media.

No buying six different bags of ingredients just to make one gallon of potting mix. No leftover materials taking up valuable storage space.

HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR QUANTITY

Select the volume of custom potting mix you'd like us to prepare.

STEP 2 — SUBMIT YOUR RECIPE

Enter your complete formulation in the personalization field when ordering.

Your recipe must specify:

• Every ingredient required
• The exact grade or particle size where applicable
• The quantity of each ingredient, expressed in either parts or percentages

STEP 3 — WE DO THE BLENDING

We'll measure and combine your selected ingredients according to the proportions you provide.

HOW TO WRITE YOUR RECIPE

You can submit your formulation using either percentages or parts. Both methods work equally well.

Example using percentages:

• 20% Sphagnum Moss Petals
• 20% Tree Fern Fiber – Gritty
• 60% Orchiata Precision

The same recipe using parts:

• 1 part Sphagnum Moss Petals
• 1 part Tree Fern Fiber – Gritty
• 3 parts Orchiata Precision

Please be specific. For example, write Orchiata Power rather than simply Orchiata, or Perlite #3 rather than Perlite.

The personalization field accepts a maximum of 1,024 characters. We strongly prefer that you enter your complete recipe directly in this field, as it becomes part of your order information and is readily accessible to our blending team.

If your recipe exceeds the character limit, enter CHECK MESSAGES in the personalization field and send us your complete formulation immediately after ordering.

Recipes sent separately may require additional processing time because not every member of our team has access to customer messages.

Please verify your formulation before submitting it. This is a custom-blending service: we follow the recipe you provide rather than independently designing or optimizing it.

If an ingredient, grade, or proportion is unclear, clarification may be required before your order can be prepared.
