Effective August 18, 2023, we will no longer accept returns for damages that result from improper unboxing or deliberate product damage in an attempt to receive a partial refund. We have extensive experience in packing orders and can easily identify such damages. We record the packing process for every order to protect all parties involved. It is your responsibility to handle the unpacking carefully. If you experience shipping-related damages, you can file a claim with the carrier, and we will provide the packing video to the carrier upon receiving your claim number. Please note that we do not offer partial refunds.
Damage claims resulting from tissue extraction for tissue culture purposes, which we consider fraudulent, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
However, if your order genuinely arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly provide a return label. Once we receive the damaged plant, we will issue a refund.
