How do you ship?
We prefer UPS for all plant material. Free Shipping is typically 3 Day Air OR Ground, whichever will get the the final destination the soonest. Plant supplies are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground
Do you tape plants to the inside of the box during shipping?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! This trend somehow started in 2020 and in our opinion is just begging for your plants to be damaged should the mail carrier damage the box. We have been packing and shipping plants since 2001 using the same system taught to us by another vendor who has been using the same packing technique since 1982. We will use a bamboo stake to lock the plant in place inside the box instead of taping the plant to the sides of the box
