Plants ship from Florida via UPS 2nd Day Air or any other UPS service which will result in the product arriving after 2 days.
Over the past year we have seen a massive jump in orders for export, and we are constantly asked if we have access to the breeding line by Scott Cohen. As a courtesy to our customers, we are now offering some of Scotts plants, directly from Scott. it is our understanding all these plants are growing in 4” pots or smaller.

ALL PHOTOS ARE SAMPLE PHOTOS OF THE SIZE PLANT YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE.
Any order placed will come directly from Scott and be delivered to Tezula Plants for processing, packing and shipping. Tezula Plants role in the purchase of any of these listings is as a packer and shipper only.
We will be adding a minimal fee to Scotts normal prices to cover our costs, as well as the cost of shipping, the cost of Credit Card/PayPal processing fees, the cost of packing labor and the cost of packing supplies. to keep prices as close to Scotts, we are NOT building the cost of insurance into these listings, to purchase the insurance is optional
All orders will be GROWER’S CHOICE and orders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis from the largest plant available to the smallest. Please do not ask for photos, as we have already made very clear we are not the growers and we do not have possession of these plants. If you need pictures of what you will receive, you will have to buy directly from Scott on one of his purges as everyone else has to. All images in these listings have been provided directly by Scott as an accurate example of what to expect. If we receive a plant from Scott which we feel is not an accurate representation of the listing sample photos, you will receive photos of that plant BEFORE it ships for your input and final consideration.
MATERIAL FROM SCOTT WILL BE DELIVERED TWICE A MONTH UNLESS AN EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE ORDER IS RECEIVED WARRANTING A SPECIAL DELIVERY. ALL PLANTS ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED TO TEZULA PLANTS FOR FURTHER PROCESSING ON THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH AND AT THE END OF THE MONTH. AT THAT TIME TEZULA PLANTS 5 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME WILL START, IT DOES NOT START FROM THE MOMENT YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
RETURNS: All Sales are Final and returns are not accepted.
DISCOUNT: There are no discounts on any of the plants bred by Scott Cohen irrespective of order size.
LOSSES AND INSURANCE: USPS and UPS no longer cover live plants and Tezula Plants will not be held accountable for any losses incurred during shipping once the packages are delivered to the shipping carrier. To the best of our knowledge there is only one private insurer who still covers live plants, they are very expensive and offer very limited coverage. All plants owned or under contract with Tezula Plants are fully insured, these plants are NOT owned by Tezula NOR is there a contract in place, so there is no insurance on all the Scott Cohen listings. If something goes wrong, you are on your own unless you select the optional insurance.
Tezula plants has been packing and shipping plants for over 25 years and we video tape the packing of each and every order to protect all parties involved. We only ship via UPS 2nd Day Air except to Hawaii and Puerto Rico and within the continental USA. If you wish to add insurance to these plants please first be aware of the insurers requirements.
#1 - All losses must be reported to the seller (Tezula) within 24 hours of recorded delivery via Email WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGES AND THE BOX or there will be no coverage
#2 - Insurance covers lost packages
#3 - Address changes are not permitted or the insurance will be voided. If you purchased the insurance and need to change the address, you need to contact Tezula to request your order be cancelled so you can place another order with the correct shipping address.
#4 - Insurer is not responsible undeliverable packages
#5 - Detrimental Damages to the plants survival are all the insurance covers such as a broken stem
#6 - Freeze Damage in the absence of a purchased heat pack is an immediate denial of coverage
#7 - Broken leaves are cosmetic - There is no coverage
#8 - If the insurer sets up a claim, Tezula will be directed by the insurer to send you a return label to ship the damaged plant back. Failure to return the damaged item for subrogation purposes will result in the immediate denial and closing of the claim without payment.
We personally feel the cost to insure these plants is extremely expensive which is why we are not including the insurance built into the price, instead it is optional. If the shipping carriers are not reliable in your area, I would say it is a worthwhile cost to consider, but please remember, as clearly outlined above, if something happens to your order and there is no insurance, there is no coverage or after sales support.

Please know how to grow these plants before buying. We will not be held responsible for decline due to improper culture ir incorrect growing conditions once these plants leave our facilities. We assure the arrival of healthy, happy plants, it is your responsibility to keep them that way. If the mail carrier damages your plant, you have 24 hours to make us aware of the situation from the recorded date of delivery.
